Shipping policy

Orders are expected to be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase.

During launch periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to order volume.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been fulfilled.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders are shipped using available tracked shipping services.

United States Orders

SEVR ships to the United States. U.S. orders may be subject to duties, customs fees, import taxes, or carrier fees depending on the destination and shipping method. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@sevrbrand.com. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to update the address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may be outside of SEVR’s control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to help.
